Refund Policy

At Lavish Lash & Relax, we strive to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Cancellations and Refunds:
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of management.
2. No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit any payments made and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Service Concerns:
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund or complimentary service adjustment at our discretion.
4. Gift Cards and Packages:
Gift cards and pre-purchased packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
5. Non-Refundable Services:
Completed services are non-refundable. If you experience issues or concerns, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
